1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by bSundry Technologies ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
bSundry Technologies provides website development, consulting, WebAgent services, and digital marketing services. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. Generally:
- Project deposits are due before work begins
- Monthly services are billed in advance
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur additional fees
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and content
- Timely feedback and approvals
- Maintaining backups of their own data
- Complying with applicable laws
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom work created specifically for them. We retain the right to use general code, techniques, and showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitation of Liability
bSundry Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
